She could have had disastrous results, but while I do not advocate changing one's appearance so drastically, I think she looks much better.

ok yeah it's definitely better (read more expensive) than ashley tisdale's nose job. unfortunately they forgot to fix her crazy looking teeth, which to me were much more discordant with the rest of her features.
