it's call puberty & becoming a woman. we all go thru it. i sure don't look exactly like how i did when i was a preteen or even like a few years ago.

it looks smaller in the recent pic but i think it could just be that she grew into her nose and the use of better makeup.

I think people with prominent noses grow into them as they get older. So no, I think she hasn't had a nose job.
