I think it's just because in the first picture her shirt is really tight and not the second one..And when you have a boob job your boobs are more in place and don't go down like that..

I think she's just put on a little weight. And I think for some people, when you gain weight it goes straight to the boobs. And if she did happen to have a boob job, they look great! I guess atleast if anything she no longer looks like a crack wh*re!
